Pros

Filled with smart, interesting, and interested people. Really welcoming environment where everyone is invested in the work. Most employees have been here for years, indicating a culture of professional investment and development that you rarely see nowadays.

Cons

Working from home can be isolating, especially if most of your team is spread out over several locations. That's not a con for TNC specifically, just the new normal in general.
