Pros

People here are smart and passionate about what they do.

Cons

Very science-driven and it is tough to break into the "cliquey" environment if you are not cut of the same cloth.

Pros

Fantastic Mission and colleagues. Well resourced, global non-profit always trying to do more. I have been able to create a very meaningful career in a manner that is wholly aligned with my priorities and goals in life.

Cons

Highly decentralized structure makes organization-wide efforts difficult to organize. We need to do more to manage our talent and provide career pathways for all staff. And we will!
