Pros

The CEO has influenced this company in a very positive way that motivates employees to continue to strive for excellence. Company hires highly educated, focused, experienced professionals and talented graduates that constantly adds to the dynamics of the organization.

Cons

Communication between staff working on same project could be improved. Leadership from COS could be better defined and exhibited. HR could be more involved with employees and concerns/follow-up.

Pros

The people care; the work-life balance is good; it's a good organization with a sterllng reputation

Cons

People are stationed everywhere, so much contact is electronic. Many people work from home, which makes scheduling face-to-face meetings difficult. The worldwide office has an open plan set-up, which research shows doesn't actually help collaboration, it only drives people crazy.
