Pros

Great technology and products, generous gratis and car stock available.

Cons

After numerous years of service, dedication, and top performing years, I was mortified and blind-sided with being terminated on the spot with NO warning or coaching to improve performance. Current, manager is your typical passive/aggressive manager who has a hidden agenda. You highly encouraged to provide insight and feedback but with an expensive cost of losing you job

Pros

Awful management, no training, people being hired because they are pretty not because they know skin care. Seriously?????? Company is for sale & everyone knows it. Honestly, you are treated better I am sure working at somewhere like McDonalds. People don't waste your time. WORST COMPANY EVER........

Cons

NONE except they have nice brochures and nice marketing pictures. Give nice gifts when you buy a lot of products at an event

Pros

Working with my skin lab family at Exuviance was amazing I met the most wonderful people ever ! we definitely stuck together and got things rolling at Short Hills Mall

Cons

I can't say the same for the corporate team . . the marketing team were literally useless, instead of doing their job and handling business as needed they wanted to be childish and laugh at other people's "failure". The whole corporate team should be more humble because karma does exist, and what goes around definitely comes back around. Also, why doesn't anyone know about Exuviance 30 years later ? hmm . . maybe the marketing team should answer that one, I will never understand how nobody knows this company and their amazing products, someone definitely needs to look at whose responsible for this because the skin lab team definitely did what we needed to do to get our name out there with little help from the corporate team. hopefully Johnson and Johnson cleans house and gets rid of the poisonous people within the company, they will be the reason for everyone's downfall.
