Pros

Product technology is top notch for sensitive, mature, and dry skin. Tiered bonus incentive-fall/spring, Fleet car program, Outsourced payroll for freelancers. Good benefits/service awards. Generous collateral for trainings, and events keeping up with the competition.

Cons

Dated marketing objectives. Little to no communication with sales executives in regards to what is needed in the market place. Months of out of stock while products are being reformulated or discontinued with no replacement.

Pros

Great location (it's in the Short Hills mall) my co-workers who are by far my favorite coworkers I've ever had and we all are like family

Cons

Corporate. They were unsupportive as well as condescending. How do you want me to promote the business when all I get told is that marketing doesn't spend money on marketing but not to use social networks because it's "not on brand". Because that makes sense (eye roll).

Walking in the new Exuviance Skin Lab you will never feel pressured to buy products. We encourage you to get a treatment done because we genuinely want to help you have beautiful skin! Staff is professional and passionate. Treatments and analysis are done patently and provide excellent results!
