Pros

Huge company where you can have a variety of experiences in the field should you choose to move around They push grad school-good tuition reimbursement Students are awesome If you are into ABA, they have very good resources for this

Cons

Management uses intimidation as a tactic People play the blame game when something bad happens, and then try and take all the credit when something good happens Pyramid business model (they only hire up from within) Extremely binding contract Very short staffed and little thanks given to those that work tirelessly to cover the open shifts They try to use ABA on their employees by enticing us with food and raffles...should probably just pay better Use food as a motivator for students...constantly.

Proven Track Record but Stubborn Executives

Pros

Changing the world of Autism through opening doors for children with Autism and outstanding research occurring around the world daily. Paid vacation and other benefits are excellent. Conveniently located right off the Mass Pike sate rt. 90. Some staff are very friendly and supportive.

Cons

Stubborn Executives stuck in their ways and most have been there since the Center opened it's doors. Close working quarters, not enough space and very distracting. Insignificant details are made into huge deals. Some staff make you feel like you can't delete a single email and always need to watch your back.
