Pros
Great benefits, they value a 'work-life balance' for faculty & staff meaning they want you to do your best work so long as it doesn't negatively impact your personal life, generally a pretty laid back work atmosphere, you get a sense of 'doing good' since you are working to improve the education of the students, after 3 years, staff are eligible to buy season athletic tickets (slightly cheaper than public season tickets i think)
Cons
the great benefits usually come at the cost of lower than average salaries (compared to corporate jobs), parking is both expensive and sparse
