Pros
None…. Don’t work here. It is the most stressful job I’ve ever had in my life with terrible company values and no work life balance whatsoever.
Cons
The company preaches values but there are a lot of double standards. Lack of training, poor communication from upper management. Pulled in too many directions with lack of support in the office. Most offices run with only 1-2 people. Of 1 person calls in you are stuck doing everything which is incredibly stressful especially if you have client meetings schedules as well as appointments coming into the office. Most days you don’t even have time to take a lunch break. It’s 100% a hustle culture mentality which is extremely toxic and stressful to employees for physical and mental wellbeing.
