-Mission-led company -privately held, so it can focus on serving Teammates without worrying about maximizing profits for shareholders -This teammate-centric focus has led is to grow rapidly while other companied complained that no one wanted to work. -This kind of leadership makes it easy for the rest of us to emulate it in our own work

Cons

-It's not for everyone. If you're not legitimately interested in helping others, this isn't the place for you -If you're an "anything for the sale" kind of operator, you will feel limited here

Honestly I can't think of any pros worth mentioning.

Cons

There is a lot of drama between branches. Management plays favorites and doesn't take any corrective action if one if the favorites does something they shouldn't. There seems to be drama between managers as well. They all try to one up each other, or if one manager tells us to something a certain way, the other will tell us to do the opposite. Toxic work environment.
