Pros

Great company to work for. They promote employees to take ownership in their roles. Management takes care of employees and good benefits. You are recognized for your hard work and management will tell you. I personally have had a great experience thus far and have no complaints

Since middle management has no idea what they are doing, you will learn how to pretty much operate a business on your own.

Cons

Does not have a good payroll process in place. Constant chaos with teammates not getting paid, not being processed in the system correctly. HUGE business development problems, lack of clients, business, and any plan on how to improve things. Technologically behind in every aspect. Discriminates against race, sex, age and religion.
