Pros

The Onin Group is a company that goes above and beyond being an employer. In my 3 years with Onin Staffing I have been treated with respect, treated like family and have been shown that I DO MATTER in this not so nice world at times. I will be an Employee and Family member of the Onin Group as long as they will have me. They go above and beyond to help their employees as well by providing good benefits, job perks, and a most importantly a sense of worth.

Cons

The only Con I can think of is that EVERYONE out there doesn't YET know what an AWESOME Company the Onin Group is!

A mixture of professional and family environment. Everyone works with a smile on their face. Even with a though industry to work with, helping others is very regarding. We are provided with great opportunity to grow as well as many tools to reach our goals.

Cons

Every now and then, miscommunication might happen. Nothing that can't get resolved.
