      Pros

      Onin cares for their employees and their teammates. I truly can't see myself leaving due to all we are able to provide for the people we are able to help find the new career! Keith, Hugh, and Jim, as well as our immediate leaders work tirelessly to continuously improve our quality of service and benefits to provide.

      Pros

      Amazing culture, personal development, local autonomy for how the branches are managed, and truly a company that cares about people all across the board.

      Cons

      If you are a person that likes having a strict structure, this isn't the company for you. The culture is structured around the branches having autonomy so if you need micromanagement, this is not the place. There is a lot of responsibility placed on leaders to get the work done, but little limitations on how which can be good, but not if you are the type of person that requires tight structure.
