Pros
Onin offers great benefits and HSA plans.
Cons
No work-life balance or support in the office unable to use vacation/ PTO due to this. Onin also does not pay managers well and you have to rely on bonuses so pay is very up and down based on the comission. Onin tends to work lean in office so it is easy to get burnt out and to have recruiters get nurnt out with the work load expected.
