Since middle management has no idea what they are doing, you will learn how to pretty much operate a business on your own.

Cons

Does not have a good payroll process in place. Constant chaos with teammates not getting paid, not being processed in the system correctly. HUGE business development problems, lack of clients, business, and any plan on how to improve things. Technologically behind in every aspect. Discriminates against race, sex, age and religion.

Pros

The insurance is amazing!! They give you quarterly lump sums towards medical expenses. It's very rewarding to help people get what they need to take care of their families.

Cons

Many of your coworkers have never really worked in the blue collar environments they staff for. Sometimes quality people get overlooked because staffing agents don't know who to send to jobs. The company model is not always followed. You don't get much out of training because you have to answer the phones and see candidates. You may interrupt your training several times. You can't retain information that way.
