      Decent Pay and benefits but no management support

      Cons

      Little training, no guidance or support for success. Not employee supportive. They say they care about their employees but they DO NOT!

      The home office and company culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between the home office and regional managers. I would recommend this company depending solely on the region as some may be good while others very poor.

      Pros

      The corporate management team makes you feel important and they want you to grow with the company. They will do whatever you need to grow your area. The corporate office does a lot of charity work in Alabama, where they are located. The IT department is great and willing to help as much as they can. All of them have a exceptional knowledge of technology.

      Cons

      I felt the regional manager was only concerned with the branches that were successful and making money. The branches that were struggling didn't get the attention needed to make it successful. The pay for salary and hourly Oninites are not in line with other staffing agencies. The reason given for the pay being low is because your pay is based solely on your performance. Training is lacking in the branches.
