I am proud to be part of a company that takes pride in their Teams. This company cares about each one of us, and we all have a voice. Everyday we get to make a difference in someones life and create opportunities for employees and employers. It feels good to enjoy working.

Cons

The toughest part of my job is getting attached to my teammates. I understand my goal is to create an opportunity, but it's hard to let them go after their time has been worked. (I love my occasional visits from past teammates, it truly makes my day)

One of the many reasons why to work at Onin is that my co workers are always friendly and positive in many ways. We have helped so many people in many different situations that have changed my point of view of life, people at Onin are positive and outgoing and that's why I enjoy being a part of this awesome staffing group.

Cons
