Pros

This is a company who truly cares for both their in-house employees as well as their contracted teammates. They view us all as part of a team who work together to make the company succeed. Without that mentality of teamwork the company cannot grow and increase. The upper management truly care about the employees and do everything they can to ensure our growth and success not only during our time here at Onin but also in our future endeavors. The CEO/COO's are very approachable and willing to help however they can. I believe their outlook is what keeps Onin growing year by year. I would recommend Onin to anyone, it truly is a great place to work.

The pay could be a little more competitive.

They care about people and have created a culture of integrity and openness. Progressive and not micro-managers, the executive leadership truly strives to release talented Oninites to reach their full potential.

Cons

Some growing pains...which is really not a bad thing.

I am proud to be part of a company that takes pride in their Teams. This company cares about each one of us, and we all have a voice. Everyday we get to make a difference in someones life and create opportunities for employees and employers. It feels good to enjoy working.

Cons

The toughest part of my job is getting attached to my teammates. I understand my goal is to create an opportunity, but it's hard to let them go after their time has been worked. (I love my occasional visits from past teammates, it truly makes my day)
