Pros

Great to get into criminal justice system then move on. They don't pay what your worth, don't give raises on time and are paper pushers instead of actual service providers.

Cons

Read above need I say more

Pros

The mission of the organization is good and important

Cons

The ED and others in leadership roles are not always honest and seem to be more interested in using the organization and the perks for themselves. Too much using and overpaying family and friends.
