Pros

Socially-conscious colleagues doing hard work for little money. The people are wonderful. Osborne makes a good effort at encouraging team building and motivates employees to seek out training.

Cons

Overall adherence to "evidence based practices" with little-to-no room for deviance. Low pay (though pretty good for the social services field).
