Pros
Great hours and staff. Everyone helps and has each others back when needed. The participants are very friendly and also get along with everyone. The facilities staff is on point and always get the job done when needed. One of the only departments who always have each back and is on point 100% whether working on a job, working front desk and helping participants. They know mostly 95% of the participants names and always help them. Encourage vacations and 100% family orientated.
Cons
Some staff don't know how to mind their business and a few departments need to be more attentive to their clients instead of being in the office gossiping.
