Pros

Staff at Osborne are very committed to the mission. The organization has clear values and did a lot to support staff throughout the pandemic. There is good work/life balance for the most part.

Cons

The long-time President and CEO is retiring, so that will be a big change for the organization (she's been leading the organization for over 30 years).
