Pros

Worked with incredible people. Some folks come with incredible transformative energy.

Cons

Questionable contract choices. They accept funding for work that's impossible. Some practices are truly dysfunctional. While many people are wonderful, I worked with colleagues and supervisors who were allowed to be abusive to their direct reports.
