Pros

It was possible to make good friends within some departments. The offer employee discounts on products if you are into hunting or archery.

Cons

Management was not forward thinking. Closed down one facility and overburdened manufacturing and shipping. Coworkers actively worked to minimize my accomplishments and railroaded myself and those that replaced me out of the company. You only advance if you are part of the “in crowd” and are a “yes man/woman”. Everything else is lip service to keep you there if you can stand it.
