Pros

The people you do become friends with, the pay is better than others, you did learn valuable skills

Cons

The Chicago office is the worse, cannot speak for the other offices. Modern day slavery at its finest with a very negative office culture. You are just a number and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Racism and sexism runs rampant, on top of incompetent and immature directors. Actually read the reviews and choose wisely, they are not made up or done out of spite.

Pros

I'm 67 years old. Worked at many jobs both professional and trades. This is by far the best training, support and team building I have ever experienced. The compensation is excellent. Employees are encouraged to seek promotion w/in the organization. The training and support in the field is the best.

Cons

Can't think of a thing.
