Pros

Good pay for the type of job. Easy to take work off or come in late, quota goals are easily attainable.

Cons

Bad management. Bonuses not figured correctly on a routine basis, management talks down to staff. Arrogant atmosphere. Staff are not treated equally, more like a high school cafeteria setting than a work place. A lot of losers who haven’t accomplished anything work here.

Pros

Very supporting work environment. There is so much room for growth. The people are wonderful and encouraging. It’s great to work with people who have common values and really care about human rights.

Cons

Not being as involved as the canvessors, but still doing an essential job as an operation specialist.
