      Pros

      I have been working for The Outreach Team for 7 month going on eight months! I have never worked with such dedicated and beautiful people ever. Each day at work I feel more and more empowered to make a difference and help those around me. I quickly advanced in my first month, then in 4 months, then again in another two months. The training is hands on. Everyday is a new experience! Can't wait until I make a year. I feel like I have found a second family. I love The Outreach Team.

      Pros

      I have worked with the Outreach Team DC office for over 9 months at this is the BEST work space I have ever encountered. The canvassing training is extremely thorough your first 10 days and the directors and field managers make sure that newbies know everything to be successful. Also they have a great promotional structure so that you can move up quickly. The management is very friendly and understanding when it comes to teaching their staff advanced training techniques. Their daily team meetings are very motivational and uplifting.
