      Pros

      The pros of working for TPC include having a great coach and mentor to help guide me through our day to day operations. The work / life balance is incredible! The engagement of all of our coworkers in regards to communication is very efficient and effective. The quality of our services we provide to are clients are unmatched because of how little turnover we have.

      Cons

      When it comes to cons of working for TPC , I don't have much to give as an example because when something goes wrong we are always in constant communication with one another to make these changes that are needed to make sure the company runs smoothly.

      Pros

      Straight answers from management. People admit they are wrong and will do what is necessary to correct quickly. Communication is very swift. Overall, good pay, and an actual sense of caring.

      Cons

      Some BCBAs like doing remote therapy. A preference would be for the BCBA to be in person more.

      Pros

      Management doesn't compromise on quality of care. BCBAs have a strong focus on training each other. Cohorts are used to gather group BCBA meetings meetings train each other. RBTs seem happy and are compensated well. Parents have a lot of support from management internally and are called monthly to see how things are going. Great follow up.

      Cons

      I hope other BCBAs in our cohort meetings would speak up more and not have cameras off. We all want to learn together.
