Pros

The actual warriors in the field. The RBTs, BTs, the admin support , families. The smaller fish in the pond

Cons

People above us. The company itself plays a huge role. Poor management, lack of training, or weak communication can ruin therapy even when the stakeholders(client, RBTs,BT,BCBA, and families) are committed. In other words, good people can’t always overcome a broken system.

Pay is good for high priority cases; good team members, 401K match, remote work

Cons

CEO is arrogant and rude; HR team messes up pay increases; HR Director and owner are friends, so can't trust HR; confidentiality is poor; very little to no training but they fire you with no hesitation, especially in the quality team; they run the good team members away; Manage by intimidation.
