Pros

The support from the leadership team has always been above and beyond and is invaluable now especially during these unprecedented circumstances. I can go to my supervisor with any question or concern and receive assistance or support in any situation. I never feel inadequate or stupid for asking questions. I have been able to keep working and supporting the children I care so much about despite transitioning into teletherapy services since the NYC schools have closed. My supervisors worked quickly and communicated effectively to help all of us transition into using teletherapy and get us back to supporting our students. Overall I am very happy to be working for this company and receive as much support as I do.

Cons

Pay is fee per service. Paperwork can be a lot, but that is the nature of this job.

Pros

Great company to work for if you enjoy not having supervision watching you at all times. They trust their employees and give them the freedom to rock the schedule that fits them best and their school needs best.

Cons

low pay and not paid for holidays off or paperwork time
