Pros

No experience necessary, continued education system, opportunities for bonus pay, relatively low-stress/fun job, good clients, good co-workers, good management, successful and growing company, excellent philosophy.

Cons

Repetitive and/or monotonous at times, the occasional difficult client, some facilities slower than others (thus lower compensation).

Pros

Company President and CEO who is very genuine and shows extreme care to all employees. Flexible hours, medical benefits, given the tools and training to succeed. Ample bonus and increase to pay opportunities, even when promotions into management may not be the right fit. They do the marketing for you so you don't have to bring in clients on your own, but they also pay you extra if you do bring clients in on your own.

Cons

I have worked here 4.5 years and I cannot think of any cons.

Pros

• The clients are genuinely a joy to work with and often the most rewarding part of the job. • The workout method is unique and structured, which some clients respond well to. Though, it is not the single best workout method for everyone as the company likes to claim it is. • You’ll learn fast—mostly because you’re expected to handle a lot right away.

Cons

• Heavy micromanagement, even for experienced trainers and supervisors. There’s very little trust in staff decision-making. • Pay is low and roles are part-time only, but you’re expected to give full-time availability and energy. • Constant turnover makes it hard to build a stable, consistent team environment. • Advancement opportunities are limited, and even leadership roles come with minimal added compensation or autonomy.
