Thank you for your review. Team members are compensated their base hourly wage when they are not working with a member. Our employee handbook states off the clock work is strictly prohibited. You must accurately record all time worked on behalf of the Company. This includes work without members present. If you were asked to work off the clock or would like to provide further information please contact dana.wiltshire@theperfectworkout.com. Your cooperation ensures compliance with our guidelines and helps maintain a fair and transparent work environment.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. You’re right, we do offer flexible scheduling and weekly compensation. We deeply care about both our members and our team members. Our new pay structure allows team members to have the opportunity to earn more compensation than previously. Our compensation averages went up 24% with this new structure. Nationwide, our trainers earn an average of $20.73-$34.06 per hour. We appreciate your candor as it helps us improve our processes. If you would like to discuss this further, please email dana.wiltshire@theperfectworkout.com.
