I've been working at The Perfect Workout for over 8 years and if that doesn't say something, I don't know what does. The Perfect Workout has incredible leadership and how it trickles down to all team members is even better. Our company culture is everything. We have such a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment. You can tell everyone truly wants you to be successful and grow within your role. 10/10 would recommend it!

There are so many pros to working here it's hard to find just a couple. I'd start with the fact that from day 1 we are encouraged to always be thinking ahead and where we want to be in the future. During my time here, I've been encouraged out of my comfort zone quite a few times and each time the leadership and management did so because they saw something I didn't even see yet. This company loves to promote forward thinking, focusing on improvements, failing and learning, teamwork and growth. Every time I've come to leadership with an idea or thought it's been received well and though sometimes not implemented, I know I have a voice and will be heard. Never once have I experienced that elsewhere. Growth and change are encouraged from the ground floor, leadership is here to serve and develop that growth! The Perfect Workout is also customer and member driven. Everyone working together for the betterment of their member and their success. It's a wild thing to see and in a world where it's easy to be forgotten, this company strives to not only remember their customers, but encourage in any way possible. We focus a lot of our time in our members and making sure they know what they want - we are here to serve them and help them reach those goals! Is there any room to grow and move forward? Yes! I started as an entry level Personal Trainer and am now a Regional Manager (plenty of other roles between these 2 that are available). There is no lack of opportunity. I can't imagine working anywhere else!
