You have to put in the effort - if you're looking for easy, this isn't it. But if you want to enjoy the work you do, and be rewarded for it both monetarily and intrinsically through changing lives, this IS it.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. You’re right, we do offer flexible scheduling and weekly compensation. We deeply care about both our members and our team members. Our new pay structure allows team members to have the opportunity to earn more compensation than previously. Our compensation averages went up 24% with this new structure. Nationwide, our trainers earn an average of $20.73-$34.06 per hour. We appreciate your candor as it helps us improve our processes.
