Amazing studio culture - my coworkers were the very best of the best, and they were the reason I kept showing up. Opportunity to meet a lot of awesome new people and forge genuine connections while also helping them with their fitness goals.

Cons

Low pay, too numbers-focused, stressful sales retention and growth strategy, meaningless company meetings once a month, and management doesn't listen to you.

Lives up to Company Values

Pros

Pretty much everyone in the company actually lives and breathes the company values and strives to continuously do better. The values are Candor, Evidence Based (everything), Kaizen, Teamwork, World Class Customer Service. Which in turn makes for positive work environment.

Cons

Right now the biggest struggle is that I have too many clients but we're working on on-boarding new trainers to help alleviate that pressure.
