Thank you for your review! We truly believe in only promoting and performing Evidence Based Exercise, which is why Evidence Based Exercise is one of our company core values. Several studies have shown that The Perfect Workout’s specialized slow-motion strength training produces approximately 50% more improvement than regular weight training.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your concern, and compensation is so important to our company that is by far our biggest expense. The average hourly rate in our company is currently $19.17. Naturally, there are trainers who make less than this and trainers who make more than this. Most of our trainers who make less than $19.17 are in certification. However, unlike other personal training companies, we pay YOU to go through certification. Furthermore, our compensation is very fair compared to other entry level personal training positions in the country.
