I've been with the Perfect Workout for about 4 months now and I have loved every second of it. The staff are super organised and helpful. I love all the clients I work with and if you love helping get people to goals, you'll love this job. You're helping clients get healthier and there's so much satisfaction. You have to to have the go-getter mentality to be successful and be willing to give 110%. They certify you and the material they give you is very in depth. They continue educating you throughout your career and we have monthly regional meetings that are a fantastic way to bounce ideas back and forth with other trainers. There are bonuses that you can achieve throughout your career by completing educational units and company goals so you're in control of how much you are willing to make which is definitely a way to keep trainers motivated. Definitely see myself being with this company for the rest of my working life!!

The company culture stimulates professional as well as personal growth through sincere encouragement, support, candor, integrity, and teamwork. Leadership genuinely teaches and guides you with your training, and continues to regularly check in to see how they can help you. There is a sense of family in this company, not just a bunch of coworkers.

Cons

Initial pay is on the low end, but there are opportunities to increase this. Have to use personal phone and technology. Tend to work from home, hard to disconnect completely.

Our company strives to help our employees grow professionally and personally, and we thank you for recognizing that. We are so grateful have you apart of our family! Thank you for also providing some advice for our management team. We find that our compensation is very fair compared to other entry level personal training positions in the country. However, we are always looking for areas to improve. Therefore, we are currently evaluating our benefits and compensation packages. We also do provide additional pay for our Nutrition Coaches. Furthermore, to decrease the amount of time our employees are using their personal phone to contact their clients, we have implemented a texting feature in our internal system. Please keep an eye out for more features to come!

Underpaid, understaffed, some entitled clients, the pay is presented in a very misleading way, a lot of circular talking when issues are raised with management
