      -Flexibility -Great coworkers -Upper management seems to really believe in their mission

      Cons

      -Incredibly high turnover -Sales is a large part of your job; you are expected to be calling potential clients constantly. I felt this should have been a separate job.

      Great Company & Great Atmosphere

      Pros

      Great certification process with lots of information and they pay while you certify. Team oriented atmosphere, great corporate culture and company values input from all levels. Management cultivates skills in their trainers, provides opportunities to continually learn and there is a Professional Mastery Program that allows trainers to advance their earning potential as they progress through the levels. Wonderful clients! This is a great entry level position if you are interested in becoming a personal trainer. The company is very well managed and the atmosphere is friendly and like being part of a family.

      no paid time off, base pay is low but a great way to get industry experience
