Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your concern, and compensation is so important to our company that is by far our biggest expense. The average hourly rate in our company is currently $19.17. Naturally, there are trainers who make less than this and trainers who make more than this. Most of our trainers who make less than $19.17 are in certification. However, unlike other personal training companies, we pay YOU to go through certification. Furthermore, our compensation is very fair compared to other entry level personal training positions in the country.

I very much enjoy working for The Perfect Workout. My colleagues are helpful and supportive, and it's refreshing to have a drama-free workplace! The management is caring and responsive, professional but still fun. Training is comprehensive and ongoing. The company is thriving and growing, and promotes from within so there's ample opportunity for advancement. I love my clients and feel great knowing I am helping to live their best, healthiest lives!

Cons

The pay is barely enough to get by on as a single person with no kids, and the benefits aren't great. There's no sick pay or PTO offered. I know I could be making more money in a different field, but I love my job so much that it's worth the sacrifice for me.

You’re right about the ample opportunity for advancement – not only within our Professional Mastery Program, but there are also fantastic opportunities for promotions. We find that our compensation and benefit packages are fair compared to other companies in our industry. However, we are always looking for ways to improve our benefit packages, which is why we started offering a 401K plan. Furthermore, we offer many other benefits such as health insurance, performance bonuses, paid training, etc.
