Pros

This company is all about coming in with the mindset that you are building your own business and that's a GREAT thing. You come in understanding that what limits you is you. There are some pretty good opportunities for growth but this requires patience and diligence - two things any successful entrepreneur will tell you that you will need. What makes this not a 100% risk? You are not alone. You come under the umbrella of a supportive team that believes in you, encourages you and pushes you. Not all entrepreneurs can say this. It comes easier for some than others, but the benefits are just the same, you get what you put in and sometimes you may even get more than what you put in! Overall pros for me have been the team I have worked with, the flexibility it brings and the way it has challenged me to step out of the box and believe in myself.

Cons

It seems there is more work than can be covered sometimes, for pay that doesn't quite add up. However, I can understand that to be an incentive to work harder so that it pays off sooner. Still. Also, PMP leveling up could lighten up a bit since it's not very much as it is. It's not the work that doesn't equal the pay, it's the amount of work in little time, for equally as little pay. However, it's perspective. You're working hard to build a business and sometimes, it takes putting more in than what you're getting out, but the hope is that eventually it will give you more if you don't give up. So, don't give up.

Pros

Supportive energy from coworkers and management- they really want you to succeed within the company and outside of your job. You get to truly help change lives and exemplify the company's core values. Flexible schedule.

Cons

There is no consistency between studios/management, high turnover, poor pay even though they claim you can move up promotional levels quickly/easily, it's easy to get bogged down in the paperwork rather than being able to invest all your time in the clients like you should be able to.

Thank you for your feedback! You’re right that our management really wants you to succeed in and out of our company. We apologize that you feel like there is no consistency between studios and management. We strive to create a similar culture within the company and keep our processes consistent. However, we understand that there is room for miscommunication and inconsistency and we apologize you experienced this. We hope that our new company organizational structure will help to keep things more consistent and decrease our managers workload.
