      Pros

      The best employees. I have phenomenal co-workers and some clients are a joy to work with

      Cons

      There is no paid time off, no benefits, only Christmas day off, many people have 2 jobs because the pay is low, there is sales involved which was not mentioned in the interview, turn over rate is crazy high because there is no reason to stay

      Thank you for your review! We find that our compensation and benefit packages are fair compared to other companies in our industry. We offer many different benefits such as health insurance, a 401(K) plan, performance bonuses, career advancement opportunities, etc. However, we are always looking for ways to improve. Therefore, we are currently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages. We apologize that sales was not mentioned during your interview. Selling our services is an important aspect for us to successfully complete our mission, Revolutionize the Way People Exercise. During our certification process, we provide you with substantial sales tactics and training for you to become a successful personal trainer.

      Extremely professional and caring organization to work for. I have a young family and the flexibility that has been provided for me is nothing short of amazing. This is a very genuine organization that cares about their employees and clients.

      Teamwork, providing science-based exercise, room for growth, able to work and communicate with other regions

      Cons

      Inconsistent paychecks, depending on there being a holiday or canceled sessions that aren't rescheduled, providing explanations to rebuttals about pricing.
