Pros

When I read the ad for personal trainer with The Perfect Workout I got really excited. I've researched little bit about the company and a lot of their values really resonated with me. I was playing with the idea of becoming a personal trainer, but I didn't like the approach of the big box gyms where they just want you to go online, get your certificate and you're good to go. Seems irresponsible towards the clients. That's what I really appreciate about The Perfect Workout that they put a lot of effort into the certification training. Make no mistake it requires a lot of commitment on your side, but if you're truly passionate about fitness and helping people it won't be an issue. Another great thing is how warm and welcoming the atmosphere is in every studio-everyone is genuinely nice, which makes for a positive working environment.

Cons

Haven't found any - very impressed!

Thank you for your feedback! You’re right that we put a lot of effort into our certification process. Since it is required for our personal trainers to become certified, it is vital that our employees are properly trained and gain the most value from our certification process. We are honored to have you as part of The Perfect Workout family!

Thank you for your review! Your feedback is vital in helping us improve our company. We find that our compensation is very fair based on performance and compared to other entry level personal training positions in the country. However, we are always looking for ways to improve. Therefore, we are currently evaluating our benefits and compensation packages to better serve our employees. We are also researching new marketing techniques to impact more people’s lives. Be sure to keep an eye out for company updates!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are happy to share the same passion in impacting people’s lives! We find that our compensation is very fair based on performance and compared to other entry level personal training positions in the country. However, we are always looking for ways to improve. Therefore, we are currently evaluating our benefits and compensation packages. We apologize that you feel like there is a lot of groupthink. We encourage all our employees to voice their opinion, which is why one of our company core values is candor.
