Pros
This place is amazing. They only promote from within and it is not based on seniority. They consider everything, including drive and potential. This company has set up a pay and success structure that puts your success and salary in your hands. They want you to succeed and they want to help grow you as an employee and a person. I wanted to work here after reading previous Glassdoor reviews, and now that I am a part of this incredible team, I see why everyone wants to get on here and leave rave reviews...it really is that awesome of a company. This company is so encouraging and built around solid principles. I love it here.

It could take a while to build a schedule and get your shift packed, but even that is within your power to change and the certification process is strenuous.
