Pros

The clients typically are amazing.

Cons

Low pay. Anyone above direct manager could care less if you die. Falsely described pay structure in order to con new employees to work for them. Pays staff to leave good reviews on Glassdoor! Also accused me of leaving a bad review. So I will now. Thanks!

Thank you for your review! We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve. Therefore, we encourage employees to leave honest reviews to share what it’s like to work for our company. However, we do not incentivize our employees to leave a review. We take our anonymous reviews seriously, and never want our employees to feel they were coerced or bribed to leave a review. In addition, compensation is so important to our company and is our biggest expense. The average hourly rate in our company is currently $19.17. Naturally, there are trainers who make less than this and trainers who make more. Those who make less than the average are typically in certification. However, unlike most other personal training companies, we pay you to go through certification. Many trainers that make the average rate of $19.17 or more take advantage of our endless opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

Pros

I've worked for the company for about 10 months and I can honestly say I love what I do. Managers make sure your schedule is set up conveniently for you and clients. I love how there are so many different ways to make additional money and endless grown opportunities. This job is not only satisfying as far as pay but working with the clients as well. We work with a some of the best people around and I love the way we revolutionize the way people exercise.

Cons

I thought long and hard about cons for this job and only one thing came up. No 401k or benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are excited to announce that we now offer a 401(K) plan to our employees! This gives our employees the opportunity to save for retirement and provide key benefits, including, convenient payroll deductions, potential tax savings and more. You’re right about the endless opportunities for growth. With our fast-growing company, there is ample opportunity for advancement. We are so grateful to share the same passion to Revolutionize the Way People Exercise.

Pros

My life will be forever changed because of my experience with The Perfect Workout. Not only have I made life long friends but I have grown as an employee, leader and over all person. The Perfect Workout staff takes personal interest into my life and makes sure I'm set up for success on every level. The work is fullfilling, the team is uplifting and the "job" itself doesn't feel like work at all.

Cons

The company is spread all over the United States and while we all feel like one team it stinks not being able to get my feet in the door of every single studio and see everyone.
