Pros

Exciting environment to work in (assuming you are interested in health and fitness). Opportunities for advancement. Thorough training in all areas of the job. Lots of support from management. Company is growing and encourages innovations!

Cons

Sometimes a new trainer might need to open a new shift when the studio is growing! But it does help the trainer adapt to studio culture and learn a lot in a short time!

Pros

Great flexible hours. Get paid during certification. Ability to increase your residual income is set and explained in detail. Upper management, including the President really care and listen to every trainer. Potential growth to management and certification supervising with the company is great, if you put in the effort and acknowledge that you are willing to grow and build.

Cons

have not found a con yet :)

Pros

The company values (Teamwork, Evidence Based Exercise, Candor, Integrity & Customer Service) are probably my favorite part of working for this company aside from my clients. All of the trainers and upper management that I work with really live and breath these values and it makes for a very pleasant and productive work environment. There are also a lot of opportunities for both personal growth and advancement within the company.

Cons

There are no cons to working at The Perfect Workout. Aside from, if you're opening a new shift at a studio it'll be slow at first which of course means less pay but it picks up pretty quick if you're working hard.
