Pros

The Perfect Workout has always been very accommodating with my schedule. As a full time student, I love that I can work early mornings and have the afternoons and evenings reserved for class time. This company gives a lot of opportunities to move up in the company. You are able to give yourself raises by working hard and helping clients to achieve their goals which is the best win-win out there. The Perfect Workout has always been supportive of my aspirations and goals, and work with me to achieve them. The other trainers and managers are awesome to work with. Everyone has a great energy and desire to be better, we are a family that helps each other reach our potential. A great advantage of this company is that they will certify you unlike most other gyms and studios.

Cons

The only real downside to The Perfect Workout is that if you don't have a lot of clients, it's hard to make decent money. However, this just pushes people to work harder to get clients in the door and signed up!

Pros

It's a good atmosphere, and the trainers all work together to get the job done and help one another. They work hard to get your schedule to where you like it. You don't have to find your own clients. You get paid hourly while getting certified as a personal trainer instead of having to pay for your certification. You have contact with people up the ladder. Ample opportunity for growth.

Cons

Location is usually on the outside of the major cities.
