Pros

There is plenty of growth available, personally and professionally. I've never been apart of a company that feels this much like a family!

Cons

Depending on your schedule, it may feel like it starts a little slow, but the company does a great job marketing and with personal excitement and the willingness to never settle, the sky is the limit.

I get to wake up every morning and help change peoples lives! I've met so many amazing people, company wide and clients. The owner of the company has to be one of the most genuine people I've ever met. AND I'm continuously being pushed to better myself... I couldn't be happier.

Working at the beach at The Perfect Workout

Pros

I get to work by the beach, the clients are really great, I get medical insurance (which is pretty big these days. It's unfortunate a lot of companies don't offer this so much), there is incentive to make more money. Our regional manager is really great! She works hard for us and the regional meetings are NEVER boring. Really great work/life balance which is really hard to find as a CPT.

Cons

I didn't think this deserved one less star, but it would be really cool if they had a 401K, but alas, not currently. A paid vacay, even if it was just a few days would be nice. Maybe in the future?
