      Boiler room operation. Allentown/Bethlehem caters to grunt work for ex-cons. Salesman makes his own rules

      Pros

      Challenging assignments, fantastic clients, intelligent and talented co-workers, stimulating both intellectually and emotionally, broad minded enough to allow some diversity in its staff.

      Cons

      Some lack of integrity - such as running an internal so called anonymous survey which in the end didn't turn out to be anonymous; continuous use of gray areas in bonus criteria definitions leading to tiresome negotiations after the fact rather than encouraging outstanding achievements
