Pros

If you are good at sales you can make a lot of money. Work life balance is good. Not very micromanaged. Completely depends what department you are in but some really good people are there. It may be a company to STAY at, but I cant imagine coming in as a new recruiter or salesperson.

Cons

Has gone through several private equity owners and now decisions seem to be made from a distant ivory tower. Commission has been lowered twice and backdated include previous sales with almost zero notice and in the case of many recruiters, lowering their pay from 12-24 thousand dollars per year and even more for sales. Healthcare has gone up about 800 dollars for a family the past two years and the company has lowered the percentage that they contribute. Leadership just "talks," with almost no authenticity. No clear plans for growth. People arent people anymore. They are a number on paper in the red or in the green. When your in the red for too long, it doesnt matter who you are, they will cut you.

Pros

Some talented and kind coworkers who genuinely care about their work. Decent brand recognition and potential to learn a lot if you’re self-motivated.

Cons

Leadership communication is nearly nonexistent — major decisions are made behind closed doors and shared poorly, if at all. The organization structure is incredibly confusing, with overlapping brands and unclear reporting lines that make it hard to know who does what. There’s little support or development for employees, and workloads can be unrealistic. Morale tends to suffer because people feel unheard and replaceable.
