Company tries to include diversity and also has multiple groups supporting this. Typical agency environment but more relaxed

Cons

Managers can be a bit micromanaging however, there is some leniency.

Helpful with the interview process.

Cons

No PTO to start. After one year, won't give you a raise and PTO - only one or the other. They will use the excuse that the company they have you working for needs to pay them more for them to give you a raise.

The benefits are alright I guess.

Cons

This was formerly WinterWyman, which was an excellent company to work for. Since acquired by PlanetGroup, the company has become more toxic and started bleeding employees.
