Pros

- Free (main series) Games and Cards - Great in-office and company events multiple times a year - Hybrid Working - It's pokémon?!

Cons

- HR does nothing even when presented with evidence of inappropriate behavior from multiple individuals about the same person - Extremely long hours focused around west-coast US even if you are not based in that location - Very hard to get promoted. People will be jealous rather than happy for your success if you do

Well-known brand with a solid reputation. The company is making efforts to improve culture and processes. Compensation and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Career advancement and internal mobility opportunities are limited. Team dynamics can vary significantly depending on the manager, which impacts overall experience.
